Absolutely overwhelmed with the beautiful flowers that Clare and the team created for our wedding day. Clare worked with us and helped plan the perfect day. The blue flowers were perfect and they fitted in with our theme. The flowers for the church ceremony and oh me oh my we’re outstanding, everyone commented on how beautiful everywhere looked. I would highly recommend your flower company. Service and quality was amazing. Thanks again Clare. Xxx

Never use this shop customer service is none existent! My husband bought me a substantial bouquet from this shop and it was stunning. It was bought on Friday and by Sunday some of the flowers were dead. After paying such a substantial amount I would at least expect the flowers to last more than 2 days. I went into the shop on Monday and explained. The girl was lovely and told me that I could return the bouquet and she would do me another or she could just put some flowers together so I could add them. She even said they were getting fresh flowers in the next day so asked me to wait till they came in and she would give me a call. I waited no call. I called the shop to be told I would get a call by the end of the day. No call. 48 hrs later I'm still waiting for the call. I am a firm believer in it is how a business reacts and responds to a complaint that makes the business. I gave this shop the chance and this was how they reacted. I will never use the shop again or recommend it and I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses but customer service is key for me.

I received a bouquet from this shop last week. I have to say “they are the worse flowers that I have ever received”.The few flowers that was over shadowed by dead greenery, looked like they were dying too. I feel the need to write this review because I also had an expensive bouquet sent to me before xmas from this shop which was a similar load of ugliness. I had to literally put them in the bin as they looked dried up. I have previously thrown out better flowers after having them for three weeks.

I could not recommend this florist enough! It was my first visit after finally finding the young lady who works there, she had moved from another shop, her work is exceptional nothing is a problem for her, the shop is so lovely and its nice to see a good variety of house plants. Will be visiting again soon. Jane

🌸 🌺 Your Flower Company is amazing. Stunning bouquets. Helpful staff. Great and unusual ideas created using texture and colour and it all comes together just beautifully. Wreaths and Garlands for Christmas look festive too. Reasonably priced. Thanks Clare for your help and great service. 🌸 🌺
