Beautiful floral bouquet. Great service. The shop was very willing to change the date for pick up, which helped in presenting the bouquet to our friends earlier than anticipated.

I ordered the 'splendid' bouquet for a friend's birthday 1st February 2021 The picture (attached) of the bouquet cost me £30. I have also attached a photo of what I believed I had ordered. I contacted the florist and although polite would not acknowledge that the bouquet delivered had missing flowers and substitute of two chrysanthemums instead of four roses (as advertised) was unacceptable. Customer satisfaction appears low on their list of priorities. It has made me wary of ordering online again. I do not write negative reviews but to have no goodwill gesture for a false advertisement is not great. I understand flower substitutions can be made but you can see from the pictures this was not the case.
