ordered flowers for next day delivery for my mum’s birthday, came on the right day and were beautiful! the flowers were amazing quality and the presentation was just incredible. will absolutely go here for flowers in the future! thank you so much for helping to make my mum’s day wonderful, the lady who delivered them was also so lovely 💐 🌺 🌹

Purchased 4 absolutely stunning bespoke bouquets for Mother's day. Still looking and smelling beautiful today. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff who are willing to help in anyway. Flowers were delivered in perfect condition to my chosen location and a time that suited. Would definitely get all my flowers from here from now on. Thank you The Flower Shop.

Avoid! Hugely disappointed with the way my concerns were handled. The bouquet I ordered was not as expected. Very underwhelming. I was a decision was made to replace flowers usually used with flowers that were “more expensive” - peony, carnation, lily, which unfortunately in my view meant the bouquet looked very sparse and confusing. My complaint was dismissed. I was told the recipient had arrange the flowers incorrectly. It was therefore this not the florist that had caused the issue but the recipient. The offer was made to return the flowers so they could be rearrange correctly. I would not recommend this company - they don’t sell what they advertise and don’t take responsibility for their actions. The flowers were far and few between and not worth the money. I buy from other florists in another area and get much more for the same price.
