Georgina Oates1 StarFlowers nice, but lucky to even get one star after the customer service. rang up to pre order something, wires obviously got crossed as i arrived and asked to change what was ready the response was ‘you asked for it so that’s what you’ve got’ - not great customer service (considering the other lady said she could sell them on anyway). THEN when i had got what i wanted i asked if i could buy a box separately for something else and was told no. - shall not return until they gain some manners.Saturday 16th December 2017
