My Dad (who is a pensioner) went to this shop to order some flowers as Christmas present for a family member. He has just collected them and there are hardly any flowers in his order. My Mum called to ask if there had been some mistake and was told: "Sorry you're not happy with your order, good bye." No offer to re-do them or refund him. Nothing. So rude and not worth spending your money on. AVOID!!!!

Received flowers via this shop yesterday. OMG! I have never been insulted so much., as a max in my opinion as a qualified florist not even five pounds of flowers in the box. Forget using this company, they cost my family $100

We use this florist every year for Mums birthday and Mothers Day! Every time Mum loves the bouquets and the flowers last a long time. We live in Australia and called at 8am on Mothers Day to try to place an order for delivery but they were so busy they initially thought they couldn't accomodate our wishes, the girls worked their magic and agreed to go that extra mile for us and squeeze in one more delivery. We were so appreciative and Mum rang to say she had received Gorgeous flowers and was so happy !!! Thank you Harvest for saving the day and providing a fabulous service as always!!! ordered flowers from harvest flower shop on Muirhead avenue to be delivered to my fiancee on our wedding day. I found the perfect bouquet attached a cost of £90 excluding delivery fee. I asked the florist repeatedly would the bouquet be the same as in the brochure and I was assured it would be but they could not have been any more different. the red roses were withered the white roses were an embarrassment. the lily's that I was assured would be wide open were nothing but green buds in sticks and the foliage to fill the bouquet looked like it had been picked from the side of the road. the only reason I gave it one star is because I asked for them to be delivered at 3pm prompt and they were. I have tried twice to contact the shop and I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I won't hold my breath. don't waste your money in this shop instead get a £20 bunch from asda they are bigger and last longer
