After ordering fence panels to be installed in time for my daughters wedding I ordered them 3 weeks before the event. First visit I got given a price only to be told on my second visit the person had given Me the wrong price. After agreeing the new price I was promised the panels would be ready in a week. After a week and a half no phone call to update me and their phone just rang out. So i visited business premises again and told a story and they promised I would get installed on the Monday of my daughter wedding week. On the morning of installation I phoned again to confirm installation was still on and told it was on the van to be done today and she would call me back with a time of installation. I’m still waiting for the phone call and installation to this very day !!!!. At 4 o’clock on the Monday I phoned the shed company on derby road by enterprise car rental and they delivered panels by 8am next day. I had to fit them my self which was a wasted a morning I didn’t plan with visitors arriving at my house for the wedding the following day. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company and will not be recommending to anyone. I give you 3 weeks before the event and I was promised numerous times it will be sorted. If you can’t keep a promise don’t make one. Sorry for the negative comments but you need to alter your production, planning, service before and after as it sadly is woeful and felt like no one knew what the other person was doing. There seems to be no structure or procedures in place to follow. I would rather someone say we can’t do it than lead me on.

Now foresters fence same location signs frontage ect, think previous positive reviews may be for the former company Sadly like the last review after getting a decent job done for a fence panel erected . I Was asked would like to get a door to finish it off, They had taken down my door.agreed a price and said they would be back the next day to do the job , leaving my door off, paid for the fence . Lucky i hadn't paid for the door as over the next 3 days, each day i was told they would be around to do the job the next morning or afternoon after i had rang them after not turning up yet again. One excuse after another , three visits to the showroom and finally I had giving up on a new door. i asked them to put the old door back a further 3 days and two further visits to the showroom yet again more excuses for not turning up despite promising to be there first thing in the morning I had left access for them for them or waited in for 6 Days at this point In the end i did the job myself. Frustrating and time wasting experience dealing with this company after service is none existent . one star for the fence , I wouldn't use again and cannot recommend please check my other reviews, i think there has been only one previously that has been negative , i am not somebody who moans normally

Very well made Shed, But Terrible After Sales Service. We Bought our shed early in March,the Shed a 12'x8' Heavy Duty Apex was delivered and erected, the two lads who put it all together did an excellent job,however it was delivered with only one fascia board to the front,the back of the shed was left with all staples showing and the felt turned over not good at all.Despite over 20 phone calls and many promises I have ended up having to do the job myself, A brilliant job let down by poor customer service.

Brilliant service, best price around , so pleased with my shed , Jamie and his team were clean, reliable and did an excellent job, they even provided an extra high shed and double glazed side window , at no extra cost and provided super strong roof covering with a no leak guarantee , would definitely recommend
