As I am non resident in the UK landlord ,and I needed a reliable and competent contractor who could do the jobs I needed without having to be watched over. I had seen the work of James on my brothers driveway completed 3years earlier, and was impressed as was my brother. It stood to reason then that I offered the work of installing a new patio area and a two tiered artificial lawn to Exacta. Very competitive prices, excellent workmanship, no delays,professional and courteous and very reliable. All that and a very clean site, Fantastic job, my tenants are very happy which as a landlord is important to me. In the future I will have more work to offer at a different location, I won't be going to any other contractors. Brilliant experience dealing with Exacta upto this point. However, within a short period of time after this review, problems began to develop, including the grouting disappearing and now some of the edges have fallen away. Upon contacting James he stated he was ill so I was prepared to wait. He never bothered getting back to me which is a shame given I had so much faith in him and his work. Sorry no I would now recommend.

We have used James on a regular basis over the last 18 months or so and will continue to use his services going forward. He has installed a new driveway and built a garden wall at the front of our house, and has added decking at the back plus a number of other jobs. In every case not only was the work top quality but James was happy to accomodate all our requirements even if they changed at short notice. He is very reasonably priced and if he feels he can save you money he will let you know, even if it reduces his own bill. We have always found him to be reliable, honest and friendly and would highly recommend him to anyone with landscaping needs.

We first asked James to completely landscape a new build garden three years ago and he did a fabulous job. He listened to what we wanted and gave some great suggestions and we were pleased with the outcome. He has just completed our driveway and we couldn't be happier with the job done!!! He is reliable, honest and really hardworking. We made changes as we went along and he was flexible and accommodating. His prices are competitive and worth every penny for the quality of his work. My parents are going to hire him and we intend to use him again when we get our back garden landscaped in the future. We thoroughly recommend him!

We have just moved into our new house and needed a large grass area removed and paved for our big dog. We also needed drainage and a strong fence and gate. Jay recommended what he thought would be best and said this would take 5 days. Worked very hard from early in the morning to late at night to get this done in the time that he said, his effort also being commented on by visitors to the house. The work he has done is spot on and we are made up with it, as is the dog! Looks brilliant and is exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be getting Jay back for sorting out the rest of the garden, along with a few neighbours who were impressed with what he done and how he went about his work.

FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC! James has done an amazing job of transforming my shabby overgrown garden into a low maintenance garden i can now enjoy. My garden is currently pictured on this page and as you can see James a great eye for design and development the job further as he progressed bringing more ideas to the table as he went on. Great communication and very approachable. i will be having my drive done this summer and i will definitely be having him back!
