We started with a simple brick wall converting our garage into a room. We then had a 7×3m extention built onto the back of our home. Now fully paving out the back garden. All done by Aztec. James is fantastic builder. Vastly experience in various skills but is a perfectionist also. Any time I had any concern he would have already noticed it, explained the how and why, and came up with a plan to rectify the problem. Incredibly hard working and always with a smile on his face. He kept to his word and always did exactly what he said he would and when. Approachable and knowledgeable. Keeping us informed of how the works were progressing and foresaw any stumbling blocks or delays. Felt very comfortable in leaving him to crack on with the work. Would strongly recommend and will use him again and again for any future projects. In fact the in-laws, one of which is a qualified building surveyor and commercial roofer, are so impressed with his work and professionalism they have asked James to quote them for an extention of their own! He would think of the little touches also, like repurposing some old pathing bricks into an external step into the garden. He always kept in mind costs, which is specially important in today's economic climate, but would not sacrifice the quality which has kept the project cost effective but with the desired results. He's felt part of the family over the weeks he's been with us and the kids will miss watching him build away.
