I was sent flowers and they are honestly some of the most beautiful flowers I've ever had - ashamed to say I live in the area and have never used this florist but won't go anywhere else now. Absolutely stunning and she ordered in the morning - delivered within a couple of hours I'd say. Gorgeous.

My friend ordered me flowers for my birthday. They didn’t arrive. She phoned , staff advised that I was having major building works to my property therefore the driver wouldn’t be safe delivering the flowers . This was a blatant lie by them. We sent photographic Evidence to prove. They advised they delivered the flowers 5 doors away? I called To the property in question, no flowers delivered there. Again a complete lie. Flowers arrived a day late without the purchased chocolates. Advised the chocolates where I’m the box, again this was a lie - the driver brought them back 3 hours later. All for using local/small businesses etc but with my friend living so far Away she was so upset having to prove each stage of her complaint . Lie after lie Was just too much . Not Good customer service at all

First time using Ada-Lilys and I was not disappointed. They are by far the best bouquet of flowers I have ever bought from a shop. So much thought and effort gone into them after explaining exactly what we wanted for our mums 60th birthday. Will definitely be returning.
